VIEW RECIPE

RUTI MIZRAHI - NONAME BEEFBURGERS

Ingredients:

1kg of mincemeat
large onion
five potatoes
breadcrumbs
grated tomatoes
cinnamon
saffron
baharat
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Place mincemeat in bowl, grate onion, seed the grated tomatoes and keep the juice separately. Into the same bowl with the onion, crush one medium potato. Add two spoons of breadcrumbs and all the spices. Stir well. Heat the pot on the oven.
Form balls out of the mixture and fry in a pot. When well fried (when you can flip them whole) add hot water (2 cups or more depending on your pot), a spoon of tomato paste and the spices together with some juice from the onion, four and roughly chopped peeled potatoes. Cook until tomatoes are ready.
