boiled and rinsed turkey wings
beans (whatever kind) soaked through the night and boiled in water and rinsed the next day
peeled potatoes
oil
cumin
hot & sweet paprika
nutmeg
saffron
Amounts should be based on the size of your pot.
Heat oil in the pot, add tomato paste and then the spices, let them cook while stirring and adding some water now and then until about half the pot is full. Cover and keep on cooking. When the sauce bubbles, add the wings, a few handfuls of beans (not the entire amount) and some of the potatoes peeled. After 20 minutes take the wings out of the pot. Cook for another hour and a half. Then add the rest of the ingredients: potatoes, beans, wings or other chicken parts, and eggs. Cover. Move to a Shabbat hot plate and leave till the next day.
