ROTEM SAMBATO - OMELET
Heat oil in the pan over high fire. Break the egg in a bowl and scramble it well with a fork, add salt to taste and stir. Pour the scrambled egg into the pan. After about 30 seconds check with a chicken spoon if the lower side is ready (starting to brown). When it is, flip the omelet and fry it for another 30 seconds or so.
