METIKA PAULETTE - STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients:

6 green peppers
For the sauce:
1 large onion
oil
tomato paste
For the filling:
red meat
veal
rice
saffron
garlic powder
black pepper
sweet paprika
chicken soup powder

Preparation:

Fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Add a bit of tomato paste. Place the two types of meat in the bowl and mix them with the spices and rice until a uniform blend is created. Chop the pepper heads and seed them, and then fill them with the meat blend. Put them in the pot with the sauce. Boil and lower the fire. Cook for about one hour.
