chicken breast
large onion
two garlic cloves
chicken soup powder
salt
vegetables according to taste (potatoes, carrots, red sweet peppers, zucchinis, pumpkins… you name it)
Cut the chicken into slices one finger thick. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry the chicken in a regular pot with a bit of oil and with the chicken soup powder. Let it steam over a small fire for 2-3 minutes. Add the onion, garlic and spices and keep it steaming. In the meantime, slice the vegetables. After 10-15 minutes, add the vegetables on top of the chicken and cook until they soften.
