2 eggplants
hot pepper
1/3 cup of lemon juice
3 spoons of oil
2 spoons of ground garlic
Spices: saffron, salt, pepper and chicken soup powder
Peel the eggplants and slice them into cubes. Place them in a bowl. Add the spices, garlic, oil, lemon juice and sliced hot green pepper.
Mix it all while tossing the plate, without a spoon. Leave for ten minutes for the spices to soak into the eggplants. Put in the microwave on high heat for 10 minutes. Remove, mix, and heat again in the micro for ten more minutes
